Marcus is an expert in business model design. He has not only advised and lectured in business model design at leading Australian programs, but has also lead and innovated businesses through large scale business model innovation. His industry experience crosses manufacturing, financial services, software, online and clean energy technologies. Prior to founding Mission HQ, Marcus was Head of Professional Services at ipernica, Australia’s only ASX listed intellectual property commercialisation firm. As head of professional services, Marcus lead a team that advised the following clients on key technology commercialisation decisions: DSTO, Monash University, Landgate, Telstra, Edith Cowan University, Starfish Ventures, NSInnovations, Genetic Technologies Group, Fumetube technologies, AEGIS, NICTA, Audinate, OFIDIUM and many others. Prior to his role at ipernica, Marcus was a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting, working on major strategy development and business model design issues at some of Australia’s leading manufacturing and financial services organisations.

Bryce is an experienced business leader, consultant
and facilitator, with high-level experience in industry-to-research
collaboration facilitation, management consulting, change management,
innovation, commercialisation, manufacturing and project management. Bryce has
provided advice to many businesses in areas of market strategy and business
model optimisation.
He has been involved in the successful delivery of
organisational improvement, innovation and commercialisation projects across a
wide range of industries including automotive, manufacturing, ICT, electronics,
clean technology, and construction, for SME’s and for organisations such as
Enterprise Connect, Vic Dep’t Innovation and Dep’t of Sustainability and
Environment.
Bryce has strategic and operational
experience as State Manager for the Australian Institute for Commercialisation
and as executive manager in a number of businesses including a major structural
steel fabricator, and three of his own businesses. He previously spent 15 years
as a project manager in the construction industry.
